Manthan is preparing children for National Level Benchmark Examinations such as
- ASSET for English, Mathematics and Science
- SOF - Olympiads for English, Mathematics, Science and Computer Science
- Unified Council Olympiads for English, Mathematics, Science - NSTSE (National Level Science Talent Search Exam) and Computer Science
The syllabus for these examinations is based on CBSE, ICSE and many of the State Boards. These examinations are for children from Class 3 to Class 12
The results of these examinations provide a profile of each student in each conceptual area, and assess their performance vis-à-vis students from across the country on a percentile basis. These exams are similar to those conducted by IIT, IIM, Medical Colleges, GMAT, GRE in benchmarking students on a National or International Level.
Every child can be motivated to take up these exams. All that children require are:
- Quality playtime on daily basis – an hour of chosen sport activity under a qualified coach
- Good listening during class hours
- Regular completion of follow-up work
- Exposure to concepts beyond text book through good videos and books / children magazines
- Reduced distractions – avoid irrelevant television programmes, online / mobile games
