When women are in leadership positions and get to be the decision maker, the society at large will work better with less commotion & instability and more peace.
It is high time women intervened in the political governance of the world.

If women ruled the world
When a woman is happy & free, she very well will know ways to rule her surroundings. If she rules the surroundings, she won’t let any women to be victimised or to be abused, thereby creating a better ecosystem of building a strong community which can strive for betterment of humankind. Hence the stronger the woman becomes, the healthier the society!

Taking the rightful place
Women are rational thinkers and they are clear and decisive. They seldom waste time and are agile in getting things done. Regardless of the experience & intellect, the woman stays on top of taking amicable decisions. It has taken them a while to take their rightful place and now they are stretching their boundaries to own what is rightfully theirs.

Women make a difference
Women are more likely to make holistic decisions. It may be because they are gifted with the ability to give birth to life and by the responsibility that is forced on them at the domestic environment. The society treats women in a different way than treating a man but women can make a difference in creating wonders if set free from all the shackles of the environmental taboos.
Matriarchy
Matriarchy is a social system in which females hold the primary power positions in roles of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege and control of property at the specific exclusion of males — at least to a large degree.
The hypothesis of matriarchy representing an early, mainly prehistoric, stage of human development gained popularity during 19th century. But this hypothesis was criticized by some authors such as Cynthia Eller in The Myth of Matriarchal Prehistory and remains as a largely unsolved question to this day.
The dispute becomes endless if we base our arguments on whether or not matriarchy existed in pre-history.

Even if we presume there never existed any matriarchal society, there is no justification to the dissuasion to women ruling in future.
Antecedents and precedents may serve as an important element in jurisprudence. Creating a new world order architected by women does not need any precedents or antecedents.
If we educate a man, we are educating an individual. If we educate a woman, we are educating generations to come.
